Our second regular meetup of the year brought together passionate educators for a dynamic session focused on teacher leadership and collaboration. Through professional learning and team-building activities, members strengthened both their skills and their sense of community.
Today marked our second regular meetup of the year, and the energy in the room was truly inspiring. The session began with an engaging workshop on Teacher Leadership led by Andry. Participants explored how leadership does not begin with a title, but from within the classroom, through initiative, collaboration, and professional responsibility.
Building on this foundation, Vatosoa facilitated a series of interactive team-building activities designed to strengthen cooperation and communication among members. The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with laughter, meaningful exchanges, and shared purpose.
